On Spurn Artists are a group of six artists - Bob Levene, Pete McPartlan, Rick Welton, Rob Gawthrop, Sabine J Bieli and Jo Millett who are collaborating on a creative research and residency project, with the support of the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.
The artists will be working during the summer months, some using the old Lighthouse as a base and workshop. See the notice board at the information centre for details.
The six artists will explore and respond to the area developing their understanding of the place as well as their own practice, in response to Spurn. Check the news section to read the artist’s posts on their residency.
